RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

SITH sets a high standard for shipping to residential and non-commercial destinations. We offer two Residential Service Levels- Basic and Threshold. Basic or front-door service delivers the final mile order to the driveway, garage door, or porch/covered area. Threshold or entryway service allows for the placement of freight past the entryway of the front door or garage door into a foyer or similar area.

RETAIL FULFILLMENT

SITH's extensive history in retail fulfillment allows clients to enjoy faster, scalable, and more efficient operations.

Each strategically located facility can scale with your growth and give you fixed-cost leverage through peak seasons and everyday volume. Whether it’s retail store replenishment or eCommerce fulfillment, we can help you economically manage spikes in volume through our flexible storage solutions and fast order delivery.

CROSS DOCK

SITH helps clients reduce warehouse costs, shorten delivery lead times and increase order fill rates through our specialized cross dock operations. With both terminal locations offering cross dock, SITH can turn inbound freight to outbound freight in 24 hours or less for the majority of California.

CONTRACT PACKAGING

We offer packaging services including assembly, packing, shrink wrapping, and labeling for any and all specialized packaging projects. From one pallet to your annual projected volume, SITH can provide top tier packing/repacking services for nearly all orders-we happily accommodate large/irregular orders.

SPECIALIZED deliveries

SITH’S tenure as a high ticket cost final-mile delivery service means its terminals have the capacity to complete some of the most difficult deliveries in the industry. At SITH we are built on our ability to deliver: if you have one-off, specialty deliveries or pick ups within our service region of California that other carriers cannot service we will jump at the opportunity to bid.
